The artists I like most are Drew Tucker, Francis Bacon, and some Finlay Patrick Duffill works. Mainly when he's experimenting with things other than realism.
But Drew Tucker is my number one favorite. He does his own unique take on surrealism. I especially enjoy his early works, but i like that he's been branching out to a more realistic artstyle, and also landscape paintings. He's an orginal artist for Magic: The Gathering, but eventually started doing other work for Sorcery: Contested Realm.
I would link Finlay's website here, but he dosent know how to host a website for free very good, even though its a basic HTML website. I tried helping him, but he gave up and let the website shut down. Really sucks too.
As for online artists, Gohman is my personal favorite. he does weird and wacky artwork that i would reccomend to check out.
